Basic Course Diploma 2026

Attendance Policy

Attendance is mandatory for all parts of the module.
Participants must be present from the start to the end of the module, as defined in the final program.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in the module not being validated and no Certificate of Attendance being issued.

Registration Policy

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registrations are open only to spine specialists.
Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
The organization reserves the right to cancel registration if payment is not received within 24 hours.
The organization reserves the right to cancel the course if a sufficient number of registrations is not reached; in such cases, participants are entitled to a full refund, excluding travel or other expenses incurred.
Registration confirmation will be communicated once the course meets the minimum attendance requirement.
The organization reserves the right to change faculty and/or program, with the latest version published on the official website.
Participants grant permission to the organization to capture and use photos or videos for educational purposes, public relations, promotional materials, publications, videos, and web content, for an indefinite period.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, and it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the Course Secretariat receives them.
Cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a total refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations received within 30 days of the event start will not be refunded.
